nbextentions が pip install でインストール失敗。
エラー内容
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement jupyter_contrib_nbextentions
ERROR: No matching distribution found for jupyter_contrib_nbextentions
インストール成功例
pip3 install jupyter_contrib_nbextensions
[ pip ではなく pip3 と記述して解決できた。]
数日前のGW中に pip のアップデートを行なったので今回 pip でインストールできなかったと思われる。
